If you're thinking about refinancing your home, you should do it now. Effective December 1, 2020, lenders will be adding a 50 basis point fee for all those refinancing. With home prices at record highs and interest rates at record lows, many Jacksonville homeowners are taking advantage of this perfect financial storm to tap their home's equity, while reducing their monthly mortgage payment.
